Ew, ew, ew.

Lately I've been all over the place...

I fasted a day, ate well a day, ate bad 2 days, and now today I'm attempting a fast.

I'm a fucking mess... I gained 2 pounds.

The fiance called me anorexic. And it scared me. So I began eating a bit more... And stretched out my stomach.



I don't want him to catch onto me, and he has been... He's SO suspicious which is why I haven't updated lately.

I've been trying for the past few days to get things back under control... Just finished an hour gym sesh and I'm gonna go home and do my abs video... I haven't eaten anything yet today...

Going to try to stay under 500 cals.

Sorry this is pathetically short... I have to go before he comes and finds me, and I want to read your blogs!

  1. Yoga helps me focus on my body as a part of my being and not so much a thing I can control. Don't know if that makes sense, I'm going to take my own advice. Hope you find some balance soon.
